SmartHR is an award-winning HR consultancy with a successful track record in providing a wide range of professional, tailored and effective outsourced HR solutions. We utilise over 20 years' HR management experience and knowledge to assist clients with their people management and training needs. Based in the Isle of Man, SmartHR was formed in 2010 to allow clients to utilise professional HR expertise on a flexible, tailored basis.

We can enhance your Supervisors, Team Leaders and Managers skills, knowledge and capabilities via our Training Workshops.  These can be delivered internally or externally.  In addition, we can coach your HR / management team on specific areas e.g. managing absence, managing discipline and grievances, managing performance or provide IOM and/or UK employment legislation updates.  We can also deliver lunch'n'learn sessions, and work with you to create and deliver tailored development programmes.  

FOR INDIVIDUALS: We can review and update your CV, conduct 'mock interviews' and help you prepare for the interview process; provide you with advice and guidance on employment matters, and you may also benefit from attending our Training Workshops.

Gail is the Owner / Managing Director of Smart HR Solutions Limited (SmartHR). 

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.

 

A highly experienced HR professional with over 20 years' combined HR management and consultancy experience, Gail has previously held Global Head of HR / Group HR Director positions for multinational companies, and has extensive experience of managing HR operations including: HR strategy and planning, policy development and implementation, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, management development, training and development, compensation and benefits management, organisational design / business reorganisation, redundancy, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence reporting. 

Gail has a successful track record of delivering results and contributing to the successful achievement of corporate objectives in a range of industries including: accountancy, advertising and PR, audit, aviation, banking and financial services, building services, captive insurance, charities, CSP / TSP, e-gaming, healthcare, IT services, insurance, investment management, manufacturing, nursery education, online payment services, reinsurance, retail and sales.  Delivering 'HR excellence' is always a priority.
